Your Care Team
Resident Care Partner
Our Resident Care Partners spend the most time with our residents, providing direct care and companionship to them each day. Care Partners carry out agreed-upon tasks from your loved one's individual service plan and assist with all self-care activities from the time they rise in the morning to the time they go to sleep.
Resident Assistant
A Resident Assistant works closely with our Montessori Program Leader to engage all residents in cognitive, recreational and occupational activities. Resident Assistants use each resident's S.T.O.R.Y. to learn more unique pieces of their life and guide them through Montessori activities that serve to rehabilitate and teach new things.
Wellness Director
Our Wellness Director is a licensed vocational nurse who works in direct conjunction with our Registered Corporate Nurse and community nurse practitioners to ensure all residents are being cared for and are living a high-quality life at Sundance.
